A man who was refused entry to 1886 has been fined for being drunk and disorderly.
Gavin James Laing, of Withington Court in Douglas, wasn't allowed into the Regent Street nightclub on May 18 because he was too drunk.
He refused to leave despite police giving him several warnings as he swore and told them to arrest him.
They granted his wish and after appearing in front of Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood, 31-year-old Laing was fined £265 and ordered to pay £125 prosecution costs.
