The Island company register has turned down six drug-related company names in the last three years.
A Freedom of Information request asked which names had been rejected under the central register's rules.
In its response, the registry said it had rejected six names which relate to cannabis.
They include Marijuana Mann, Dope Limited, Hashmann, Weedmann and Herbmann.
