Police say there were almost twice as many drug-drivers as drink-drivers last year.
In his annual report, Chief Constable Russ Foster says officers investigated 54 drink-drivers and 99 drug-drivers last year.
The document, due before Tynwald next month, shows says of the 99 positive drug tests, 58 per cent were positive for cannabis, with 29 per cent for cocaine.
He also says 10 of the offences were committed by people with medicinal cannabis prescriptions.
