A couple from Douglas have had drugs charges against them discharged.
Karl Burton and Elaine Mennie of Central Promenade in Douglas appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas Courthouse.
Both were accused of producing 4.1 grammes of cocaine, worth £430, to the Isle of Man via the post on April 23.
The court heard the package had been opened by police after postal workers flagged it as suspicious.
However, test results on the white powder hadn't been sent back from the UK and Mr Arrowsmith heard that meant there was no case to answer.
He discharged the allegations, adding they might be reinstated in future if the white powder turned out to be cocaine.
