Drop-in centres opened for those struggling in the winter

Three new warm spaces have been announced to help people who are struggling this winter.

The Manx Care Advice and Liaison Service says the drop-in venues will run from November until January next year.

There'll be tea, toast and games as well as the opportunity to meet the MCALS team.

Onchan Pensioners Social Club will be open today from 11am until 1pm, St Paul's Church in Ramsey will open the same hours on December 13, while Port Erin Royal British Legion will open on January 14 from 1pm to 3.30pm.
