This month, a local charity is 'taking to the skies' to spot seals.
Throughout August, Manx Wildlife Trust is launching a new Island-wide 'seal survey', using thermal imaging drone technology.
The charity says the technology will give an 'accurate' picture of the Island's seal population and have described it as a 'huge step forward' in protecting Manx wildlife.
It adds with its partners continued support - Curraghs Wildlife Park, KPMG and Seachangers - it's able to make a global impact, starting right here on the Isle of Man.
