The Fire and Rescue Service says it spent around an hour at the scene of a crash in Onchan at the weekend.
The incident happened shortly before 6pm on Friday on Whitebridge Road.
Firefighters say a car ended up on its side, and its driver managed to free themselves from the wreckage.
Ambulance staff treated those involved at the scene.
