A driver was arrested after attempting to drive on the closed Mountain Road last night.
The police says five vehicles were caught on the shut road in the evening yesterday.
They say two of the cars crashed, and four drivers were given points on their license and a fine.
Officers warn that the decision to close the road isn’t taken lightly and its in the best interest of the public.
