Medical records need to be reviewed before a court case against an Onchan man can continue.
64-year-old Mark Stephen Hodgson, of Birch Hill Avenue, is accused of causing serious bodily harm to a woman by driving without due care and consideration.
The offence allegedly took place on January 12th on North Quay in Douglas.
At Douglas Courthouse last week his advocate requested a two-week adjournment so further investigation could be carried out.
He was bailed until his next appearance on June 28th.
