'Drive Safe Live Long' initiative to continue in reduced form

Emergency services will continue to deliver the Drive Safe Live Long initiative - but without as much help from the Fire Service.

It's due to budget cuts within the Department of Home Affairs which mean firefighters have to scale back their commitments.

Minister Juan Watterson says he does recognise the importance of the campaign which has saved lives:
