It isn't acceptable for a drink-drive convict to help form Manx law.
That appears to be the consensus from the public after MLC Tony Wild announced his intention to remain a member of the Legislative Council this week.
Mr Wild was struggling with mental health problems when he got into the car three times over the legal limit and drove on December 12th last year.
