Could the Island's capital city soon be twinned with Dublin?
Douglas City Council's executive committee considered the move at a meeting in June - it's due to be discussed when the council holds its full meeting on Wednesday.
But although the local authority says twinning opportunities with the Irish capital could bring benefits to Douglas, it currently doesn't have a member of staff who could oversee the agreement.
It's submitted an application for twinning, but says it needs another report for the Executive Committee about what a twin deal would mean.
