A teenager from Douglas will be sentenced next month after smashing a window with a baseball bat.
19-year- old David Anthony Teare, of Bucks Road, admitted destroying property at Douglas Courthouse this week.
Teare was spotted approaching a property on Castle Drive just after midnight on June 22nd armed with the weapon.
He rang the buzzer numerous times before smashing the windowpane, causing £150 of damage.
The prosecutor told the court "This appears to have all the hallmarks of a personal dispute".
Social Enquiry Reports have been requested before he's sentenced on July 25 - he was bailed until that date.
