Douglas residents urged to report anyone acting suspiciously

People are being urged to report anyone acting suspiciously near Douglas properties.

It comes following two individuals disturbed in a detached garage in Westbourne Drive at around 10pm on Monday (March 28).

Police say they were were wearing dark clothing and ran off when challenged.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at that time is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.

Officers add there have been similar incidents around this area of Douglas recently - and are asking the public to keep their homes and vehicles secure.
