Parking on the walkway at Douglas Promenade has been suspended.
MyProm has taken to social media to issue the update.
The team says those with 'L' parking permits will be allowed to use the spaces to the left of the Sea Terminal or Chester Street car park at no cost.
They're thanking members of the public for their understanding at this time.
