An Anagh Coar man will face trial over an allegation of disorderly behaviour on licensed premises.
31-year-old Nathan Alexander Orme of Anagh Coar Road pleaded not guilty to the charge but admitted assault.
He was bailed on condition he doesn't enter licensed premises or buy alcohol.
He'll next appear in court at a pre-trial review hearing on November 14.
