A man has appeared in court charged with being in possession of a bladed weapon after threatening a 21 year old with a chisel.
A fight broke out at around 16:30 on Sunday (25th April) afternoon in the Mount Bradda area of Douglas.
The 21 year old male from Douglas was allegedly threatened with a chisel by another man who was later arrested.
As part of the investigations police have conducted house to house enquiries but are still keen to hear from anybody who witnessed the incident.
The male was charged with being in possession of a bladed weapon and provoking behaviour.
Officers are urging anybody who saw what happened to contact the police headquarters.
