A man is due in court this morning charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm after an incident in Douglas.
A 22 year old man was arrested shortly after a male was found seriously injured in the Island's business hub, Athol Street, at around 7:15AM on Monday morning.
The Douglas man was charged late last night and will appear in court this morning.
A 61 year old male remains in hospital.
