A man’s been remanded in custody as he awaits trial, accused of a violent attack.
Paul Elvis Romeril of Alder Road in Douglas appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas Courthouse via a live video link from jail.
The 38 year old faces one count of assault causing actual bodily harm, said to have been committed on July 11 last year.
There was no application for bail and he was remanded in custody to appear again on May 6.
