A fast food delivery driver is said to have sexually assaulted a woman during a late-night dropoff.
Hasan Gogebakan of Keppel Road in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 39 year old hasn’t yet entered a plea to indecently assaulting a woman in Kerroo Coar in Peel in the early hours of October 10.
Mrs Hughes bailed him in the sum of £500 to appear in court again on January 12.
