Douglas inner harbour will close to all vessel traffic for the majority of next month.
It's whilst the flap gate, which retains water in the marina is removed and overhauled.
The project is due to take place on Monday, October 5 and be completed by October 28 - but is weather dependent.
Anyone wishing to find out more about the project should call Mark Kenyon, Director of Harbours, on 685184 or email mark.kenyon@gov.im
