Some St.Ninians And Ballerkermeen Pupils Given Time Off To Enable Teachers To Cope With Staff Absentees
There are a few adjustments to the school day for some pupils.
Year 8's at Ballerkermeen have the day off, as do year 7's at St. Ninians.
It's down to staff shortages where teachers and other staff have found themselves stranded in various parts of the world due to the volcanic ash causing most European flights to be cancelled.
Aside from that all other schools are open.
It's hoped things will be back to normal on Thursday.
