A General practice in Douglas will be closing its doors in June.
The Promenade Medical Centre - which has more than 4,000 patients has written to its patients to confirm the news.
In it, the branch says after 'considerable discussion' the centre will close at the end of June 2020.
Alternative arrangements will be made - after its closure, patients will be re-assigned to another GP practice.
People will be reallocated based on their post codes and individual needs and the practice says it'll do everything they can to ensure the transition is easy.
People can expect another letter before May - if you have any concerns or questions you're asked to call 642604.
