The owner of a popular gaming centre in Douglas says he is looking to relocate the business.
The Matrix Arena says despite its current home in the Strand Centre in Douglas being advertised for rent, it's not closing down.
Nigel Thijs says the move would give it an opportunity to develop and would give better access for customers.
