A former beauty parlour in Douglas could become a new pavement café, if plans are given the go-ahead.
Jamie Lewis of Douglas has applied for permission to change the use of the building on Nelson Street.
He wants to create an eatery with an outside seating area covered by an awning.
If approved, the business would employ a total of six staff and open from 9am to 1am seven days a week.
