Planning approval to build six blocks of flats has been granted on a brownfield site in Douglas.
Dandara applied to build 109 flats on Lake Road earlier this year.
The plans include 49 one-bed and 60 two-bed flats, the latter for first-time buyers.
The Department for Enterprise has welcomed the plans, saying it's contributing to the ambition of delivering 1,000 additional homes by 2026.
