Police are appealing for witnesses after a fight outside 1886 at the weekend.
It happened at 01:20 on Sunday January 16 in the area of Regent Street, Douglas.
Police said it involved a group of men and also spread onto the road at Loch Promenade.
Witnesses are asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
