Douglas Town Centre Management has named its Customer Service Champion for this year.
Jaico Garcia - sales and technical consultant at Manx Telecom took the prize as one of nine nominees for the title of who provides the best customer service in the capital.
Mr Garcia took the top spot with 722 votes from the online poll.
Meanwhile, Sarah Vaukins of Boots took second place and Chris Teare of Burtons third.
