The capital's council says it's getting tough on litterbugs.
Douglas Council executive committee was asked to consider a formal enforcement policy for dealing with littering in public.
The new policy will see a range of action against those who discard rubbish thoughtlessly - including prosecution and education.
Douglas Council holds its monthly full meeting on Wednesday, October 8 at Douglas City Hall on Ridgeway Street.
