Douglas Borough Council is urging residents to get in touch if they're struggling to adapt to the new waste collection service.
The fortnightly collection scheme was introduced 11 weeks ago in an effort to encourage recycling.
It comes following a public meeting last week, which saw many locals voice their dissatisfcation.
The local authority says the majority of 12,000 households 'appear to have adjusted well,' but it wants to help residents with genuine concern.
A full review of the strategy will take place after 12 months.
