Douglas council says 60 buildings in the Island's capital are in a very poor state of dilapidation.
The local authority meets at the Town Hall on Wednesday, and will consider a report from its Environmental Services Committee.
The schedule of dilapidated, ruinous or dangerous properties has seen three new buildings added in the last month, bringing the total number to 60.
The committee noted no buildings had been removed from the list in the past month because work has been completed.
