Douglas Council has apologised to those charged for parking at the Bottleneck Car Park at the weekend.
In a post on social media, the council says a number of customers were charged on Saturday afternoon 'despite the Council’s intention that it should be free to park between midday and 8.00pm'.
This was to coincide with the display by the Red Arrows.
Any drivers wishing to claim a refund can do so at Douglas Town Hall Cashiers desk.
