Douglas Coastguards were called out yesterday to assist paramedics with a casualty.
Just after 1pm, crews were paged to the Conrhenny plantation - as a person needed to be transferred to Noble's for further treatment.
Coastguards were back on station and ready for service at 2.45pm.
