The Island's largest local authority will meet this afternoon.
As well as its usual business, Douglas City Council's monthly meeting is due to discuss three motions from members.
Council leader Devon Watson will ask for an independent review of the council's governance and a scheme to provide more allotments in the capital, while Natalie Byron-Teare will ask for a process to be set up for residents and businesses who want to hold events.
Councillors are due to gather from 2.30pm in city hall on Ridgeway Street.
