A company has dropped plans to create a new childcare facility with up to 75 places.
Smart Bird Rocks Ltd had applied for permission to transform the former CTH Insurance office in St Thomas House on Victoria Street.
Under the proposals, the office would have employed 15 staff at the facility and offer an outdoor play area on its roof.
However, the planning application has now been withdrawn, with the company saying it's not progressing the development.
