Douglas Carnival gets underway today, after a three-year break.
The event hasn't been held since work got underway to improve Douglas promenade, but will kick off from 1pm.
Loch and Harris Promenades will be closed to vehicles from 3pm until no later than 7pm.
Meanwhile, parking's been suspended on both promenades between midday and 7pm.
