A new sandwich shop and café could be opening in Douglas.
A planning application has been submitted to turn office space in Argyle House on Church Road Marina into 'Dougie Butties.'
Applicants say it would operate Monday to Saturday, with events such as small live music performances, theme nights and film screenings on selected evenings.
They feel it's a good location for the business and the combination of café and events space will make them unique in the area.
