Manx Utilities is asking people to use water responsibly, after announcing a hosepipe ban.
The organisation says the ban, which comes in on Friday, is in response to prolonged dry weather which has drained reservoirs.
On its website, it's asking people to use water responsibly - saying letting water run while brushing your teeth can waste up to nine litres a minute
It's also asking people to fill bottles and pop them in the fridge for cold drinking water rather than running taps.
