Isle of Man police have issued a reminder for residents not to report crimes via social media.
Officers say crimes should not be reported through Facebook as social media isn't always monitored.
Instead, people are encouraged to use the government website to find helpful information, and contact Douglas Headquarters or your local police station if there's an issue.
The constabulary also said that while messages and social media posts are monitored, there could be a delay in response times.
