Police have issued a warning after reports of drivers ignoring and, in some cases, moving road closure signs.
It comes as the constabulary remind Christmas shoppers about a number of road closures in Douglas.
During the festive period there will be closures on Castle Street, Strand Street and Duke Street.
The constabulary has said CCTV will be used to identify anyone who moves or ignores road closure signs.
