Manx Care is appealing to people to complain to it and not to Facebook.
The organisation has taken to social media to say it's seen a number of posts recently about its service.
It says people's views are important but it can't take action about issues without a complaint through the proper channels.
And it adds if you have an issue, you can raise it with the confidential Manx Care Advice and Liaison Service to have it properly investigated.
