Police are warning the expected 50,000 or so TT visitors not to fall victim to opportunist thieves.
The Eastern Neighbourhood Policing Team took to Facebook to issue a warning to those camping out over the fortnight.
They say you should never leave valuables in tents and should mark your property with UV pens to make sure you can identify it if it's taken.
Officers say larger items can be kept locked out of sight inside vehicles.
