People looking to rent on the Isle of Man are being warned not to fall victim to a new scam doing the rounds.
The police say a fake advert for a two-bedroom house on Berry Woods Avenue in Douglas has been posted on Manx Classifieds by someone called 'Gwen'.
The digital ad has more than 200 views but police say it is a scam based on a former genuine property rental.
