An Island charity is warning people not to fall for a festive con.
The Milntown Estate in Ramsey says it's seen a post on Facebook advertising a Christmas Fair.
The post says it's taking place on November 18 - but the estate says it's not real.
571 people have already said they're interested, despite it being a scam.
