A Peel commissioner has hit out at pet owners who dumped bags of dog mess in glass recycling bins.
Christine Moughtin took to Facebook to air her frustrations after dog walkers used the bins in Peel to leave full poo bags.
She says the bins are for glass recycling and not dog muck.
And she hit out at 'couldn't care less' owners who don't dispose of the bags in the proper place.
