An Island retailer's urging perople not to abuse its staff over Christmas.
Ellan Vannin Fuels says if someone appears too drunk its staff will obey the law and refuse to serve alcohol.
But the company says that can mean some drunken customers become argumentative or abusive.
It's asking people to treat its workers with respect.
