Flying your own drone at a professional show in Douglas this week could cost you £10,000.
The Department for Enterprise will use a Civil Aviation Order to ban people from flying drones during celebrations for Douglas City Day.
The event, this Friday, March 20, will see a huge public drone show on Douglas Promenade.
But breaching the order could land amateur drone pilots a fine of up to £10,000 or a jail term of up to five years.
