Breast cancer patients on the Isle of Man are set to benefit from a £70,000 donation.
The Henry Bloom Noble Healthcare Trust has donated the money to the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group to help with the cost of a piece of specialist equipment.
The digital breast tomosynthesis creates a detailed 3D image of the breast to enable the detection of smaller, more subtle cancers - it also helps reduce the number of extra tests and appointments.
