The Department of Infrastructure's been told to look again at a Freedom of Information request about the cost of the Liverpool ferry terminal.
The Island's information commissioner was asked to review the response after the DOI redacted some information - but a review found it hadn't explained why withholding some information was necessary.
Dr Alexandra Delaney-Bhattacharya says the DOI should reconsider its arguments for not releasing the current licence or lease agreement between the department and the Steam Packet Company.
But she added the DOI's responses to the rest of the query were appropriate.
