The Department of Infrastructure is offering to rent the former M & Co shop space from Monday May 27 to Monday June 10.
The department warns that the roof of the building is not watertight and won't accept liability for water damage to any stock.
Rental is expected to cost around £7,000 plus VAT, with those interested asked to contact commercial.doi@gov.im by April 26.
